Sara Ludke Cook

Ms. Cook is a principal in the firm. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University in 1996. In 1998, she earned her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. Ms. Cook was admitted to practice law in 1998 and joined the firm in October of that year. 

Ms. Cook’s general litigation defense experience includes the litigation of personal injury and other tort claims arising out of automobile accidents, home, and business premises accidents, construction defects, and defamation.

Ms. Cook’s public entity defense experience includes the litigation of tort claims and constitutional claims brought against public entities and their employees in such areas as police liability, prisoner claims, employment claims, zoning, and land use.

Ms. Cook also has a considerable amount of state and federal appellate experience in brief writing and oral argument.

Ms. Cook is a member of the American, Colorado, and El Paso County Bar Associations, the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
